Lightning regular training is starting back up again in October!

Lightning Swim Program

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm at the U of R
Sundays at 7:15-8:25am at the U of R (The Sunday swim will be followed by the RMC brick at the U of R at 9 am)
Swim Program dates  Oct 1st - Dec 21st
Limit 10 ppl

1 Session/week – $144+gst (Tues, Thurs, or Sun)                                          
2 Sessions/week – $240+gst (Tues, Thurs, or Sun)
3 Sessions/week – $288+gst (Tues, Thurs and Sun)

FUNDAMENTALS 
Provide your child with the opportunity to run, jump, throw and climb in a positive environment. Building physical literacy and proper movement patterns is the foundation of an active lifestyle and sport skills.
Ages 5-7

JUNIOR ATHLETICS
This program will expose children to the basics of training and teach the fun of exercise.  Kids will be taught fundamental movement skills which can be implemented in a variety of sports.  They will learn while doing fun drills, learning basic strength training, building an aerobic base, balance, coordination and body awareness as well as co-operating with others.  The goal is to have fun while becoming better young athlete.
Ages 8-12
Sundays at 2:30pm
