FUN EVENING OF COOKING & TASTING

$39 per person
*a receipt will be provided that can be submitted to 3rd party health insurance for coverage of dietitian services

This practical ‘hands on’ 1.5hr session provides an opportunity for each participant to prepare new recipes (salads, smoothies, snack foods, quick breakfast/lunch/supper meal ideas, casseroles, soups & stews, cooking with fish; legumes) with guidance from the instructor. There will be 7-8 items prepared & tasted throughout the fun evening event and you will leave with all the recipes that are prepared during the session. You can attend this fun event by signing up individually or can arrange your own gathering with a group of your friends or work colleagues as a unique evening out.

Vinyasa Yoga
Come and flow through a series of breath synchronized postures that work toward improving balance, strength and flexibility. This is an energetic style of yoga that emphasizes core strengthening postures through a dynamic sequence of poses. Focus is placed on breathing, aligning the body properly to avoid injury and cultivating overall physical and mental awareness.

Saturdays - 9:30 - 10:30 am


Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow paced, passive style of yoga suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Postures are designed to safely apply gentle stress to the connective tissues that form our joints. Postures are held for longer periods of time, targeting the ligaments, tendons and fascia of the body. Yin yoga is a perfect balance to more intense forms of fitness training. Come give it a try to enjoy the many benefits of improved range of motion and flexibility while cultivating your inner calmness.

Wednesdays - 6:30- 7:45 pm

Sundays - 9:45-10:45 am

Energizing Lunch Flow Yoga

Set the tone for the rest of your day ahead with this great energizing practice! Get your blood flowing and unleash your inner energy. This flow class will allow your to slow decrease stress, increase productivity and improve focus. Stretch and strengthen your muscles with a focus on breath and body alignment. Energize your body and mind and get yourself ready to tackle whatever the rest of the week brings. Find what feels good!

Tuesdays - 12:00 - 12:45 pm

Flow & Restore Yoga

Flow & Restore is a Vinyasa Yoga style class with a Restorative Yoga twist!

The class will begin with a 15 minute warm-up flow and a 15 minute work phase to build strength, balance, and coordination. Then, working down to the floor for the last half of the class for some deep stretching and cool down.

Thursdays - 6:00 - 7:00 pm


Drop in is $16.50+gst or 10 class punch card is $119.99 +gst.
