  • The first 30 min are dedicated to mobility, movement, proprioception, speed & agility, and energy system development.
  • The final 60 min are dedicated to strength training the body as a whole unit, focusing on the 5 fundamental movement patterns. Squat, hinge, push, pull, loaded carried.
All training is directed to enhancing performance on the football field.

Session Times:
M/W/F:
7:00-8:30 p.m.

Cost:
3x/week - $240 +gst/month
Payments must be made in full at the beginning of each 4-week block
