Level 10 has seized a timely opportunity to open a new 6000 square foot sport performance training facility which has greatly enhanced our athlete development service delivery. Both literally and figuratively, we have taken athlete training to a whole new level! This new second Level 10 location at 1425 McAra Street offers 3000 square feet of artificial turf and 2500 square feet of performance training equipment. The all new Level 10 Sport Performance Compound is the ultimate facility to maximize training outcomes and elevate athletic performance.


Regina Thunder Off-Season Training


Block 1:  January 2 -January 27 

Where: The Compound, 1425 McAra St, Regina, SK.

Minimum capacity of 10 athletes

Sessions are 90min (1.5hr) in length. The first 30min are dedicated to mobility, movement, proprioception, speed and agility, and energy system development. The final 60min are dedicated to strength training the body as a whole unit, focusing on the 5 Fundamental movement patterns, squat, hinge, push, pull, loaded carries. All training is directed to enhancing performance on the football field.


Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

7:00pm-8:30pm 

8:30pm-10:00pm

*Start time is adjustable. Option for more sessions starting at various times on Mon/Wed/Fri with demand


Saturday:

Open Gym 12pm-2pm

This is a metabolic conditioning workout. The workout will be posted and you will complete it on your own. The gym will be supervised, however you will not be directly working with a trainer


Cost:

$240.00+tax/ 4-Week Block

Saturday Open Gym: $15.00+tax/session

January 9 - February 17

12-Week Combine Prep


January 2 - March 24

Where: The Compound, 1425 McAra St, Regina, SK.


This is a comprehensive combine prep program with every aspect of combine performance being covered and trained throughout the entirety of the program. This program will run up to the respective days of the 2017 CFL Regional and National Combines.  


7am - 9am

Monday: Max Speed/Jumps/Lower Body Weights


Tuesday: Aerobic Capacity Development/Lactic Capacity Upper Body Weights

Wednesday: Change of Direction Drills/Jumps

Thursday: Restorative Work

Friday: Acceleration/Jumps/Lower Body Weights

Saturday: Aerobic Capacity Development/Upper Body Weights


Cost:

$1,080.00+tax / 12-Week Combine Prep
